A great breakfast/snack/sweet treat alternative to baked oat muffins and a fab way of using up over ripe bananas. Please note that cooked banana is synned at 4 syns per 100g Ingredients: 100g banana - the more ripe the better 2 eggs Sweetener to taste Frylight Mash your banana and add the eggs & sweetener. Stir to combine. Split between 4 muffin cases. Use frylight if needed. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 mins until cooked through.
