Bite sized Banana Oatmeal Muffins | Sugar free muffins | Easy Recipe | Healthy Muffins
Hello everyone! I'm back with another new and super easy recipe. These muffins are suagrfree and perfect as a snack. It's packed with healthy ingredients and a divine taste. I hope you all will like the video and try this recipe at home! 😁 Ingredients: - Instant Oatmeal 3/4 cups - Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup - Baking Powder 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder 1 tsp - Salt 1/4 tsp - 1 egg - 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey - 1/4 cup milk - 1/2 a big banana, if you have small ones you can use one full banana - Shredded coconuts and nuts for topping (optional) - Mash the banana really well. - Mix all the dry ingredients together. - Add the wet ingredients one by one to the dry ingredients and mix well with a whisk. - Preheat your oven to 180°C. - Line your muffin tray and slightly oil the liners to prevent sticking. - Put 1 tbsp of batter for each muffin. - Top them with the shredded coconut and nuts, you can also use chocolate chips or nothing at all. - Bake them in the preheated oven for 10-15 Minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. -ENJOYYY ❤️
