Howdy :~) Here's the recipe that we teased you with a few weeks ago. We've been eating this more often than is necessary or safe Enjoy! Wet Ingredients 2 tbsp chia seeds + 2 tbsp liquid 1 1/2 cups very ripe bananas (about 3 bananas) 1 cup plant milk 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 cup liquid sweetener (we used maple syrup) Dry Ingredients 1 cup buckwheat 1 cup brown rice flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp all spice 1/3 cup sweetener (we used coconut sugar) 1/2 cup almond meal Combine wet and dry ingredients Mix in some chocolate and nuts Bake at 180˚C/350˚F for about an hour We like to check on it after 30 mins, 45 mins and then an hour If the top is already well cooked after those times we'll put tin foil on top to stop the top from getting too crispy Where to find Nina Instagram | http://instagram.com/ninamontagne Tumblr | http://ninamontagne.tumblr.com/ Where to find Cam Instagram | http://instagram.com/camfinn_ Music "Fat Lady" by Sure Sure https://soundcloud.com/suresuremusic
